This page explains how users of Zippath can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Users can delete their account directly inside the app by following these steps:
- Open Zippath game on your device.
- Go to Home page
- Go to the Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap “Delete Account and Data” (red button).
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once the user confirms the request, the account deletion process will start immediately.
What Data Is Deleted
When a user deletes their account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
User account information (Google Sign-In account ID)
- Game progress
- Coins and coin transaction history
- Tournament registration and participation data
- Any stored gameplay data associated with the user
This data is removed from our backend services including Firebase Authentication and Supabase.
Data Stored on the Device
When the account deletion is confirmed, the app will also clear all locally stored game data on the user’s device.
Data Retention
We do not retain user account data after deletion. Once the deletion process is completed, the data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
